• Demolition of existing rear conservatory
• Removal of internal wall between kitchen and lounge and fit steel box frame in the opening
• Create a new opening for bifold doors and a glass roof
• Addition of ground floor WC, new kitchen, boiler, storage, and new pitched roof
• Install new kitchen
• Decorated throughout
